David Hockney b. 1937
David Hockney (b.1937) initially established his reputation in the early 1960s when he was acclaimed as one of the leading Pop artists. Since then he has divided much of his time between England and America, experimenting in a variety of media including painting, drawing, printmaking, photography and stage set design.
